The future of Israel from an Arab perspective

Amr Gharbia posted a very interesting poll regarding the future of the Arab – Israeli conflict that is causing a lot of buzz in the Egyptian blogosphere.
You will consider the Arab-Israeli conflict is over ,when you see ..
1) The Jews will leave the land that will return completely to the Muslim, who will stay from the Jews will become a dhimi.
2)The Jews will leave the land that will return to the Arabs , who will stay from the Jews will become a second degree citizen.
3)The Palestinian refugees return back and live with the Jews in a democratic state on the land of Palestine, this state will give the Arabs special privilege for some time.
4)A Palestinian State will be founded on the division resolution in 1937
5)The international resolutions will be implemented and a Palestinian State will be founded on the Pre-1967 borders with the return of the refugees
6)The international resolutions will be implemented and a Palestinian State will be founded on the Pre-1967 borders .The return of the refugees will be negotiable.
7)There will be two states , one in Gaza and the other in the West Bank
8)Jordan will control the West Bank and Egypt will control Gaza, the refugees will be re-settled in other countries.
9) All the Arabs leave the land of Israel
Amr listed all the options as far as I can tell , from religious point of view to Nationalist point of view to Zionist point of view to political point of views. Most of the votes up till believe that the The Jews will leave the land that will return completely to the Muslim, who will stay from the Jews will become a dhimi. This is a religious point of view.
Speaking of online activism regarding the Arab-Israeli conflict , there is an online petition of the The dismantling of Israel Document ,Yes you read it right the dismantling of Israel Document.
I do not think that this petition will reach to what it wants , we will be naive if we think so , I believe such petition is more of a declaration of refusal to what Israel is doing in the Middle East region from war crimes and disrespect to international laws, agreements and treaties. The Majority of Arabs want to see Israel dismantle because of what it is doing against the Palestinian people.
In the end polls and petitions are not enough to tell the end of a conflict like the Arab-Israeli conflict , it is time that will tell.

  1. I voted for #3.

I think the one state solution is the most realistic option and what's more likely to happen in the future. If the United States truly wants to push democracy in the Middle East it will support this plan. This means everyone will be entitled to citizenship and equal rights regardless of ethnicity or religion. The Israelis don't have too many options at this point, especially since the US aid to them is decreasing annually and would possibly end after 10 or 15 years. The United States is going broke, it cannot afford to carry another country on its shoulders forever. Therefore, I think if Israel does not attempt to make peace with the Palestinians as soon as possible it will eventually self destruct. And both sides can forget about making Jerusalem "their" capital, it is just not going to happen, at least not in this lifetime.

  2. Is there a single Arab democracy in the Middle East? Why would the state you envision by a democracy? Israel is here to stay, by the way. Why don't you focus on the lack of political freedoms in your own country, instead of focusing on the Arab/Israeli conflict. That is exactly what Arab governments want.

  3. @Banoota, the third option is most reasonable and strangely it is what Qaddafi was promoting !!!?? But I doubt it will happen, not because of the United States but because of the Israelis themselves, there are parties in Israel are ready to fight the world so this won't happen

@Anonymous, this is just a poll to know what the readers think about the conflict between us and You
